Sharing a music and movement session at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico

Wonderful experience yesterday morning offering a music and movement session (or my way of teaching) to music education and performance students at the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music.

A thousand thanks to Marta Hernández for inviting me - express invitation from Monday mid-morning for today, Wednesday😅 - for making this possible and so easy and for her closeness!

Many thanks to all the participants for their great disposition (which is not always easy when it comes to movement), their smiles, energy and everything they contributed with in the session.

We had very interesting reflections about music education, education in general and the importance of the body and how this is (or has been) forgotten in music education… I had a great time (I think we all had it), which is super important, and I feel very happy and grateful!🙏🏽❤️
